Recently I've been thinking about sharing a meal I really love making. It might seem like it involves a lot of preparation, but every step is actually quite short.
The recipe is for Teppanyaki grilled salmon, steak and turkey, marinated in Teriyaki sauce - eaten with wasabi mayonaise. This goes with a side of grilled onions and garlic in soy sauce, and finally Japanese sweet omelette.
For this recipe, you will need a grill of course (preferably a Teppanyaki grill, but any will do).
